Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Dear Manhattan is an online store which means unfortunately, we don’t have a physical store to visit. Our easy returns allow you to try your items and change your mind if they are not quite right!

What is a pre- order?

A pre-order style is a piece that we don't have available in our warehouse yet which we allow our customers to purchase in advance. If you purchase a pre-order style, we will dispatch your order when the stock arrives to our Dear Manhattan warehouse.

The estimated date of arrival will show in the product description. This estimate is subject to change should delivery delays be experienced.

When you order other items along with a pre-order style, we will ship all available items straight away and ship the pre-order style once it reaches us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed online we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please email info@dearmanhattan.com.au as soon as possible if you have made an error when ordering.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

We apologise in advance if an item has been delivered faulty. We check all items carefully but sometimes things can be missed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@dearmanhattan.com.au so your item can be returned to us and replaced as quickly as possible.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items. 

If you have received a faulty sale item or an incorrect product, we would love to fix this for you as soon as possible.  Please let us know by clicking Contact Us at the bottom of this page or emailing info@dearmanhattan.com.au

Can I return my order?

At Dear Manhattan we are pleased to offer store credit for change of mind and returns. Please note that for items to be eligible for a return your item must be returned to us in original condition with all tags intact and no marks or scents. Once your item has been inspected. We will contact you to let you know if your return has been approved.  

The customer is solely responsible for the item until it physically reaches us. You will have to cover the postage cost to return any items to us. Exceptions will be granted if Dear Manhattan are at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.

We have many payment options including credit card, PayPal and After Pay.
