Australia wide using our delivery partner, Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that all orders received after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Australian returns are accepted within 14 days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.
- We offer returns and exchanges on all full priced items.
- All items must be in original condition and tags attached (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned)
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Please initiate your return/exchange by emailing info@dearmanhattan.com.au and follow the prompts. If your return has not been approved first by a Dear Manhattan team member, your order will be sent back to you.
- Returns and store credits will incur a charge of $12.95 for the cost of the return shipping label, that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchanges will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge. Please note: faulty returns will be free of charge.
- You will be refunded via the method of payment used only.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM?
We want to make online shopping as easy as possible. To exchange your item, simply email info@dearmanhattan.com.au. From here, you will be prompted to exchange by size/colour/style. We will do our best to facilitate all exchange requests, however, due to the high demand of our items we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.
If we do not have your desired item, we will kindly assist with a credit note.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return has been delivered to our Warehouse and checked that it is in original condition your return request will be promptly processed.
Once we receive your item, we will refund you store credit; please allow for up to 7 business days for the payment to appear back in your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
While we do our best to ensure everything, we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, in the event that you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please submit a return request to our email info@dearmanhattan.com.au as soon as possible and follow the prompts. We will ask that you provide adequate photo evidence of any faults in the garment. We will always endeavour to replace your item. If we are unable to do this, we will offer you a full refund.
Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE MY GARMENT RETURNED?
Yes, you will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Dear Manhattan are at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Dear Manhattan. We will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange/refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
By processing your payment through our online and instore system you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our return policy so please have a read prior to purchasing with us.
